Why I'm walking to World Arthritis Day

Over two years ago, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), a condition that affects my joints, mobility, and everyday life. Living with RA has been a journey filled with both physical and emotional challenges, but it’s also taught me the importance of support and community. That’s why this year, I’ve decided to take on a personal challenge by participating in the Walk to World Arthritis Day in support of Versus Arthritis.

Versus Arthritis works to fund ground-breaking research, offer life-changing services, and campaign for the rights of people with arthritis. This charity gives people like me hope for better treatments, improved quality of life, and, one day, a cure.
