Sign up – Complete the registration page and you'll receive your FREE t-shirt.
Set your target – Set a target that is right for you. Whether it's 500 steps per day or 10,000, we’re all walking together towards a common goal – a future free from arthritis.
Join the Facebook group – Join the challenge Facebook group, find other steppers, ask questions and support one another.
Get fundraising – Personalise your page, share it with your nearest and dearest and hit your fundraising goals.
Record your steps – Set your personal target. Record your daily steps online yourself, or connect selected apps.
