Why I'm walking to World Arthritis Day

I am raising money for Versus Arthritis by taking on Walk to World Arthritis Day to raise awareness of a lifelong condition that affects young people too.

I am joining my sister in walking for this worthwhile cause because less than a week after turning 18, my beautiful niece received confirmation of her rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis.

I am in awe of her bravery not only because she endures immense and often debilitating amounts of pain everyday but because she is facing up to her diagnosis with incredible maturity.
