All teams will be private when you create it. Should you wish for your team to be a public team, then you can do that by accessing your account when logging in and amend the setting. Or you can email the team on fundraising@arthritis-uk.org and we can support you in amending that.
Note, if your team is private, when new people are registering without your unique team link, they will not be able to find your team’s name from the dropdown but can be added afterwards.
I’ve registered as an individual, but now I have people who want to join as a Team. Is this possible?
What will I receive for the challenge?
We have some lovely prizes for you when you reach specific milestones! When you raised £60, you will receive a redeemable code for a pair of Arthritis UK socks. When you raised £130, you can have a cuppa on us with our branded mugs and tea bags.
The ultimate prize for our fundraising superstars who reach the £750 targets is our comfy and soft branded hoodies!

The Challenge
What is Get Your Move on?
Get Your Move On is a flexible, empowering challenge designed specifically for people living with arthritis and their supporters. You choose how much time you want to move each week and how you move. There's no fixed distance or activity, just get moving!
What activities count as movement?
You can choose to walk, swim, yoga, or chair-based activities. The point is for you to choose what feels rigt for you! If it gets you moving and feels manageable, it counts toward your time goal.
What is my target for this challenge?
Unlike other challenges, we are not asking you to reach a certain number of steps or distance. This is a time-based challenge, meaning you are tracking how long you spent Getting Your Move on. It could be 15 minutes on a trendmill, or out for a walk for an hour. If you are moving, then you can log it!
How do I set my time target?
You’ll choose a weekly time goal that feels realistic for you. For example, you might aim for 60 minutes a week then break them into short sessions. You can spread your time across the week or complete it in one go. Remember the aim is consistency and building healthy habits, not perfection.
What if I have a flare-up or can't move as planned?
That's totally okay, we understand that and have built this challenge to be flexible. On tougher days, take a rest or switch to a gentler activity. Listen to your body and adapt your movement to how you're feeling on the day.
