Here we go again....
Tuesday 9th Sep After completing GNR25, yes the one with the dodgy medal, in a much better time than I feared/hoped, and with my arthritis behaving fairly well during and after....I was gullible or daft or enthused enough to try again...so here we are!!So many charities are providing services the NHS can't or doesn't, and they need us all to support them doing this vital work.
