Great North Run 2027

I'm fundraising for...

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for my Great North Run! Over 10 million peoplein the UK live with arthritis, affecting their ability to work, study, care for family, move free from pain and live independently. Yet arthritis is still poorly understood and far too little is done. That’s why Arthritis UK funds life-changing research, supports those affected and campaigns for change. Arthritis UK won’t rest until everyone with arthritis has access to the treatments and support they need to live the life they choose, with real hope of a cure in the future.

Running for my Mum and Sister 🩷

Tuesday 15th Sep

This year, I’m taking on the Great North Run for a cause that means so much to me — my mum and my sister.

My sister was diagnosed with arthritis at just 34 years old, something that has had a huge impact on her life and the things she is able to do. Arthritis isn’t always something you can see, but for those living with it, the pain, fatigue and daily challenges can be very real.

I’m running the Great North Run to raise awareness of arthritis and raise money to support people and families affected by it. Every mile will be for my mum and my sister, and every donation — no matter how big or small — will help me reach my fundraising goal.

The Great North Run is going to be a challenge, but knowing that I’m running for two people I love makes every training session and every mile worthwhile.

If you’re able to donate, share my fundraising page, or simply follow along and support me on the journey, I’d be incredibly grateful.

I’m running for my family. I’m running to raise awareness. And I’m running to make a difference. 🏃‍♀️💙

Thank you for your support!
