Why I’m running

Friday 26th Sep
My mum had rheumatoid arthritis from before I was born. She died age 47 and I was privileged to have her as my mum for 21 years. In that time she struggled every single day with the pain and difficulties in trying to just live her life. She was the bravest person I have ever known, she never complained and lived her life to the fullest. She has been and always will be my inspiration and my hero. If I can do this run in the city I was born in and raise some money towards a worthy cause I will be so happy!
