Injured :(
Tuesday 31st Mar So my training has been pretty much on hold for a couple of months as I've had an SI joint problem which after lots of physio from the lovely Kiera at Bradley Physio, some strength training and starting pilates, I am finally on the mend.
Why I’m running
Friday 26th Sep My mum had rheumatoid arthritis from before I was born. She died age 47 and I was privileged to have her as my mum for 21 years. In that time she struggled every single day with the pain and difficulties in trying to just live her life. She was the bravest person I have ever known, she never complained and lived her life to the fullest. She has been and always will be my inspiration and my hero. If I can do this run in the city I was born in and raise some money towards a worthy cause I will be so happy! ShareThank you to my Sponsors
